Motasem Afyouni, MD
Dr. Afyouni graduated from the University of Al Fateh and completed his residency at Huron Hospital, Cleveland Clinic Foundation. Dr. Afyouni is board certified in Internal Medicine and has medical interests in cardiology, oncology and hematology.
Mackenzie Warrick, P.A
Mackenzie completed her undergraduate degree in Chemistry at Indiana University. She received her graduate degree at Butler University and is NCCPA certified. She spent several years working in orthopedic surgery before switching to join the AIMM team. Her interests are orthopedics and women’s health.
Dahan Al-Fadhl, MD
Dr. Al-Fadhl graduated from the University of London and received his medical education from Sheffield University Medical School. He completed his residency at Michigan State University and is board certified in Internal Medicine. Dr. Al-Fadhl has medical interests in endocrinology, cardiology, geriatrics and preventive medicine.
Janet Ultreras, N.P
Janet completed her undergraduate degree in nursing at Indiana University. She received her graduate degree in nursing as a family nurse practitioner at Indiana University and is ANCC board certified. She spent the last 13+yrs at St. Joseph Heath System as a medical-surgical/ oncology nurse before joining the AIMM team. Her interests are oncology, geriatrics and advanced care planning.
